5k Run
A Nighttime 5K with a Brainy Twist
On April 19th, 2025 from 11am to 2 pm, the NourishTeen will collaborate with FutureMed Society for a Nighttime 5k event at Centennial Park(West Entrance)!
We will have guest speakers including professionals (orthopedics, PT's) , refreshments including brain-healthy snacks, and some chances to win some amazing prizes!
Tickets are $5 each! Your money will directly help raise funds for University of Maryland Medical Center's children's' Neurology ward as well as for providing necessities to families living in food deserts in Baltimore City.

Thanksgiving Basket Drive
On November 23-26th, 2024, NourishTeen held its first Thanksgiving Basket Drive! Thanks to our incredible volunteers, we were able to make 30+ gifts for families at our local Grassroots Center in Columbia.

On August 24th, 2024, the NourishTeen Bake Sale united our community to support teens and families in Baltimore. Thanks to our incredible volunteers and supporters, we turned small actions into big impacts, raising $123.00!
